Sub-accounts – What are they?

Sub-accounts help you organize your bookings and other transactions by allowing you to create secondary profiles within a client’s profile. These profiles don’t have contact or payment information and are stored under your client’s profile. Sub-accounts can have their own forms and contracts, assigned bookings, team members, tasks, notes, and custom fields. 

 

Depending on your industry, once you turn on Sub-accounts under Settings > Features, sub-accounts will be referred to differently depending on your industry. See the corresponding articles for each sub-account type below: 

 

Sub-accounts are referred to as Pet Profiles in the following industries: 

  • Dog training
  • Dog walking
  • Pet grooming
  • Pet sitting

 

Sub-accounts are referred to as Relative Profiles in the following industries: 

  • Accountant
  • Barber
  • Camp Instructor
  • Child Care
  • Chiropractor
  • Dentist
  • Esthetician
  • Fitness Training
  • Hairstylist
  • Health & Wellness
  • Lash Artist
  • Lawyer
  • Life Coach
  • Makeup Artist
  • Massage & Bodywork
  • Nail Care
  • Notary
  • Other
  • Pilates Instructor
  • Seamstress & Tailor
  • Swim Instructor
  • Tattoo Artist

  • Mechanic

 

Sub-accounts are referred to as Horse Profiles in the following industries: 

  • Equine Professionals
