Turn on the "Gratuity" feature under Settings > Features and then clients will be able to add a flat rate or percentage gratuity onto any transaction.
Once you switch on Gratuity, you can then access the feature by going to Settings > Gratuity.
When you tap Gratuity you will see options for you to request Gratuity and set a suggested amount.
