Key Enhancements, Bug Fixes
1 - Schedule, invoice, and pay users even if they haven't downloaded PocketSuite yet.
2 - You can now import contacts while you're sending a message, booking an appointment, sending a payment, or sending an invoice.
3 - You can now specify which phone number you want to use when you import contacts with multiple phone numbers
4 - The "Network" screen now shows you the person's phone #.
5 - Added notification for when someone adds you to their network
6 - We now cc everyone via email whenever payments, invoices, and appointments are sent out. This is useful for people who want to send invoices/receipts to their accountants / book keepers.

1 - fix bug with unread message badge not being updated.
2 - fix bug with push notifications not working.
3 - fix bug with "list" fields not being easy to interact with due to relatively small tappable areas.
4 - service providers can now enter multiple credit cards. Long tap "+" icon on the payments setup screen and you can now add a new credit card. Tap by default creates a new bank account.
5 - change tab label back to "Dashboard", too confusing for several new users
6 - show more than one line of message content on the messages tab: makes it easier to scan for important messages
7 - fix bug with messages not being opened properly when you tap on a push notification
