2015: Q2 App Release Notes

Version 3.3.2 (Jun 19, 2015)
The focus of this release was stability and we fixed over a dozen bugs including an app crash which affected dozens of accounts [apologies to everyone affected by that problem]. We also restored support for message author search by both first and last name.

Version 3.2.2 (May 23, 2015)
Operate your business more easily with more flexible ways to confirm appointments, request payment confirmation and complete appointments. This release contains mostly bug fixes and the top requested customer enhancements.
— When you send an appointment or quote to your client, you can now determine whether a credit card is required for confirmation, whether confirmation is required or whether the appointment is already confirmed
— Whenever you complete an appointment you now get to decide whether to automatically charge for the job done, mark is as completed & paid or simply mark the job as completed (i.e. if you want to invoice it separately)
— contact import sequence streamlined a bit to make it even easier to specify how the customer heard about you (i.e. Yelp, Facebook, Craigslist)
— You can now drill down on the new client reports to find out which clients came from a lead source
— You can now drill down on the income and forecast reports to see transaction details for each client during that period
— You can now search messages to find threads based on the person's name
— if you don't have a debit card you can now link your checking account instead to receive payments
— performance improvements on the messages screen(s)
— wipe all synced contacts if Contact sync is disabled
— wipe all synced appointments if Calendar sync is disabled
— add thirty day interval for invoice payment reminders
— fix totaling and rounding errors on income/forecast reports

— gratuity on appointments are now calculated using the total appointment amount versus just the final appointment amount (i.e. now includes deposit total)
— sped up calendar navigation considerably
— fixed a number of issues with calendar sync
— fixed a number of issues with deleting services and fields
— fixed app crash on map view of daily appointment schedule.
— disable auto prompts to enable calendar sync if calendar access was explicitly disabled.
