Fixed several pesky bugs, restored "Future income" dashboard

Lots of bug fixes and client messaging, gratuity, job complete & charge and security enhancements including:

- Price increases during job completion now allowed
- Setting a default invoice/package reminder
- Add a login password for additional security
- Always show all pros when assigning a job internally

Resolved a number of issues and app crashes:
- Show $ amount in "Unpaid invoices" dashboard versus #
- Package auto-apply not working unless a service is selected
- Stop auto-invoicing clients when multiple drop-in classes are sent
- Enable retroactive auto-applying of packages with drop-in classes
- # sessions left now means future scheduled + unscheduled sessions
- Client history shows all packages, subscriptions not just active or recent ones

Resolved a number of issues and app crashes:
- Fix issues adding new employees
- Packages are now auto-applied retroactively
- Show total value on "Unpaid invoices" dashboard
- Include completed jobs on "Unpaid jobs" dashboard
- Make "Account balance" dashboard more up to date
- Employees should be able to submit payment verification
- Clients cannot see upcoming appointments when they sign in
- Show prices properly during scheduling based on packages sold
- Don't auto-set status to "Requires credit card" unless service has a deposit
- Swipe to "Charge" or "Mark paid" should leave the user on the dashboard or calendar
- Show "Next payment date" on "Subscriptions" dashboard for confirmed subscriptions
