Video Conferencing - Zoom Integration

With our Zoom integration, you can host your virtual sessions, classes, or any appointment from PocketSuite on Zoom. This means 1:1, 1:many, screen-sharing, virtual backgrounds, all the features you love with Zoom, now on PocketSuite.

Mobile Setup:

Like Calendar Sync, integrating and installing Zoom is literally only a few steps!

1. Tap on Settings > Scroll down and tap on Video conference

2. On this screen, you'll see that you are automatically connected to the PocketSuite video conference and also have the option to connect your Zoom account

3. You will receive a pop-up to allow PocketSuite to connect to the Zoom sign in page, where you can either log in with your email and password or with Google.

4. Once you have signed in, you will be prompted by a Zoom Marketplace notification to authorize adding Zoom to PocketSuite and vice versa.

5. Once you authorize, you will be successfully connected and this will appear on the PocketSuite video conferencing screen.

How to schedule your clients with a Zoom link?

1. Prior to scheduling the client or having the client schedule you, make sure that the offering (service or class) is has location set to "no location" - which means that the appointment is performed via phone call or video conference and to set video conference as "Zoom". 

2. Tap the schedule button on your homescreen and complete the steps on the screen. You'll first select the client, then the service that includes the zoom link > tap on next.

3. Once the appointment is scheduled, a Zoom link will be auto-generated.

4. From here, simply tap on Join to join the meeting or copy/ share the link to the client directly. 

5. If you are joining from mobile, make sure to have the Zoom app downloaded on your device. 

To Disconnect/Deauthorize Zoom from PocketSuite:

1. If you'd like to switch Zoom accounts or disconnect entirely, follow the steps below:

    • Settings > Video conferencing
      • Swipe from right to left
      • Tap Disconnect
        • Confirm Disconnect popup
  • Then uninstall Zoom from Zoom Marketplace and PocketSuite: 
    • Log back into Zoom Marketplace
      • If the admin of a team account:
        • Tap on “Apps on Account” under “Admin App Management”
        • Navigate to the “Manage App” tab
          • Under “Disable this app”
            • Tap the “Disable” button
      • If a personal account:
        • Tap on “Added Apps” under “Personal App Management”
        • Tap the “Remove” button on far-right
    • To log back in, follow the steps above by tapping on Zoom account

Desktop Setup:

1. On the Left-hand navigation bar, tap on Settings > Scroll down and tap on Video conference
