How to Show Specific Services to New Clients Using Suite Link in PocketSuite

If you want to offer only consultation services to new clients while allowing existing clients to book all of your services, the Suite Link feature in PocketSuite is the perfect solution. Here’s how to set it up:

 

Step 1: Enable Suite Link

Turn on Suite Link:

  • Navigate to Settings > Features.
  • Ensure that Suite link is toggled on.

Step 2: Create a Service-Specific Booking Link

  • Go to Settings > Services.
  • Select the service you want to offer to new clients (e.g., a consultation service).
  • Tap Share booking link and copy the link to your clipboard..

Step 3: Customize Your Suite Link

Add a Custom Button for New Clients:

  • Navigate to Settings > Suite link.
  • Add a Custom button to your Suite link page.

  • Title the button something like “Book a Consultation.”
  • Paste the service-specific booking link you copied earlier.

Now, when you share your Suite link with new clients, they will only have access to the service you specified, such as the consultation.

Step 4: Manage Access for Existing Clients

Share Your Standard Booking Link:

  • Existing clients can continue to use your standard booking link to book all of your available services.
