If your clients need to share a Package or Subscription with a relative or another person, PocketSuite makes this easy with the sub-accounts feature. Sub-accounts may be called relatives, pets, vehicles, properties, or horses in your account, depending on your industry. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.
Enabling Sub-accounts
Turn on the Sub-accounts Feature:
- Navigate to Settings > Features.
- Ensure that Sub-accounts is toggled on.
- Tap Save to apply the changes.
Sharing a Package or Subscription
Link a Sub-account to the Client’s Account:
- Go to the client’s profile with the active Package or Subscription.
- Select Add a sub-account (e.g., pet, relative, vehicle, etc. based on the industry edition)
- Enter the details for the new relative or person who will be sharing the Package or Subscription.
- The client can now use their active Subscription or Package for the newly linked sub-account.

Alternative: Adding a Sub-account During Booking
- Your clients can also add a sub-account when booking directly through your booking link. This allows them to share their Package or Subscription at the time of booking. (Note: Only clients have phone numbers linked to their accounts. When booking a service, use the client's phone number, regardless of who the service is for. The client can then choose from a list of sub-accounts to specify the recipient of the booking.)
