How do I import my clients?

In 3 simple steps, upload your entire customer list into your PocketSuite account so you can get started right away.

1. Grab import templates: Go to the 'Settings' section of your PocketSuite account, scroll down to the bottom, and tap on 'Data import'. Then select 'Import from CSV'. This will send an email to the email address listed on your account with all of our import templates in .csv format. The 'Clients' and 'Sub-accounts' import templates included in this export will be personalized to your account, with columns for each client or sub-client field in your account.

2. Add client information: Open the email from PocketSuite with the subject "Your data import instructions are ready". Then, click on the included link to download and open a zip file with all of PocketSuite's import templates. Find the 'Clients' .csv file and open it. Finally, add all relevant information for each client. A name and phone number or email address is required to create each client profile. Please do not edit the first row with column headers, or make any edits to your client fields until the import is complete.

 

Note: The zip file will also contain all of our other import templates, which can be used to import upcoming bookings, existing packages, product prices, contracts, forms, and more!

 

3. Send the updated .csv file to PocketSuite: Once you've added all your client info, just send an email to support@pocketsuite.io with your client file attached and we'll take care of the rest! Your client data is typically available in your PocketSuite account within 1 business day. If you have any questions or want to check on the status of your import, you can send a message to PocketSuite from the messages section of your account.
