Definitely! The Pocketsuite app works for clients and businesses (there is no separate app); however, there can only be one login associated with each account.
To have your clients download Pocketsuite, simply tap on settings > share the client edition > an automated text will populate > add the client's name and send. You can also copy the message, edit and paste it in the text thread with your client.
If your clients decide not to download Pocketsuite, they can still book, pay, and message you, sign contracts and complete forms.
If they do choose to download the app, they can keep track of all their communication with you in one place, which sure makes it a whole lot easier! They can track their package balance, see when their subscription renews, automatically check into classes, update their payment method and much, much more.
