PocketSuite allows you to track and manage all reservations in one place using the Reservation Dashboard. From this dashboard, you can check in clients, confirm bookings, assign reservations to team members, and charge for appointments—all with just a few taps!

To view the dashboard, go to Home>Reservations.
By default, you’ll see all your active reservations for the day, including those that have yet to check-in.
You can filter this list by date/period and the status of your reservations. On each reservation, you can check the clients in when they arrive and check them out when they leave, helping you keep track of which clients have come and gone at a quick glance. When the dashboard is filtered to Today, here’s what the filters will show you:
- Active (default): All the reservations that will be checked in later today and all the reservations that are currently in progress and have not been checked out.
- Checking in: All the reservations that will be checking in later today but have not yet been checked in,
- In- Progress: All the reservations that have been checked in but not yet checked out.
- Checking out: All the reservations will be checked out later today but have not yet been checked out.
- Completed: All the reservations which have been checked out.
For convenience, we’ve also added an Unassigned filter for team accounts which shows you all of the reservations scheduled within the date range that are missing a team member assignment for one or multiple parts of the reservation. When you tap Auto-assign, team members will be automatically assigned to the reservation based on their availability, with a preference for scheduling the same team member for the check-in, check-out, and overall reservation.
